Kheer


                                                      Kheer




Ingredients:


1. Milk – 2 liter.
2. Khoya(grated) – 2 tbsp.
3.Basmati Rice(smooth paste) – ½ cup.
4. Cashew nuts paste – 1 tbsp.
5. Coconut grated & paste- 2 tbsp.
6. Cashew nut crashed – for garnishing – ½ tbsp.
7. Raisin – for garnishing - 1 tsp.
8. Keshar stands – ½ tsp.
9. Apple chopped – ½ cup for garnishing.
10. Jaggery – 1 cup.
11. Bay leaves – 2 nos.
12. Green cardamom powder – ¼ tsp.

Procedure:

            1.     In a pan pour milk and boil it for 10 minutes, stirring continuously so that the skin does 
               not form on top.
2.    When milk become to reduce add, cashew nut paste, coconut paste & basmati 
     rice paste and cook till all are mixed well.
3.       Add jagerry, grated khoya, bay leaves, cardamom powder, crashed cashew 
     nut and raisin and mix well .stirring continuously further for 3 minutes.
4.       When done remove from heat.
5.       Cool the kheer and pour into individually serving bowls.
6.       Garnish with apple, cashew nuts and rains.
7.       Sprinkle keshar stands on top.
8.       Serve chilled.

Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop


Ingredients:

·        Chicken lollipop- 7 pieces.
·        Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
·        Cornflour – 1 tbsp.
·        Flour – 1 tbsp.
·        Egg(beaten) – 2.
·        Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
·        Soya sauce – 2 tsp.
·        Salt -To taste.
·        Black pepper – ¼ tsp.

For stuffing

·        Paneer – 50 grms.
·        Roasted cumin seed – 1 tsp.
·        Salt – to taste .
·        Sugar – ¼ tsp.
·        Oregano- ¼ tsp.
·        Parsley chopped – 1 tbsp.
·        Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
·        Black pepper – ¼ tsp.

To make Sauce:

·        Soya Sauce – 1 tsp.
·        Sweet & Sour Tomato   sauce – 1 ½ tbsp..
·        Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
·        Salt – to taste.

Method:

1.       Break each chicken wing into two parts at the joint.
2.       Take each part and pull back the meat from one end of the bone to the other carefully, making  sure that you do not pull the meat completely out.
3.       In the bowl mix filling ingredients and mix well.
4.       Stuff paneer mixture in each lollipop.
5.       In a mixture bowl mix well soya sauce, beaten egg, smooth ginger – ginger paste, salt and black pepper, put each lollipop in it to marinate.
6.       Keep it for marinating for an hour.
7.       In another bowl mix flour and corn flour.
8.       After an hour roll the lollipop on corn flour – flour mixture and then bread crumbs.
9.       When done, deep fry the chicken lollipop and keep aside.
      Now to make sauce take pan heat oil, then put garlic, ginger and white onion chopped into it.  Stir it for a minute.
10.   Then mix soya sauce, sweet & sour tomato sauce, salt & white vinegar in a bowl & put into the  pan.
11.   Then pore the chicken lollipop into pan carefully, mix for 1 minute.
12.   Serve hot  garnished with chopped spring onion.
